Report on CALL Research Project 1

My topic is how to spend for ideal holidays.
Because I recentry resigned my part time job, and I have to prepare to study much for job hunting. But, I will need refreshed time in the future, threfore I want to know every ideas about how to spend holidays.

According to my survey, about 60% people go shopping in holidays, and 20% is sleeping, maybe we can sleep very long.
Also, most of people often hang out with friends and some do with brother&sisters.

Most of people often go shopping with their good friends because they probably want to get rid of their stress. But, they disclosed their ideal intention. They want go travel, go to a concert, and go Hawaii and so on.
 
In conclusion, many people want to make good use of holidays. But, they have only 1 or 2 holidays, therefore they can not spend ideal holidays.

If people are alone in the day, they are cooking, sleeping,watching DVDs and driving.

Maybe they completely take a rest or get rid of stress in holidays.

Blogging Assignment 3

 Men and shopping

 

Silvia and Diego are talking about that how many costing money to shopping.

Diego is much conservative about shopping and he is strict by himself.
Also, he has a determination. He has saved his money to travel. When he will go travel, he wants to spend most of money to anything.
On the other hand, Silvia and her boyfriend had loved shopping. Their combination looks good, but this combination becomes a Vicious circle. Because once they buy something, and shopping come to a chain reaction. If you buy clothes, you need to buy bags, or hat and so on.
Diego insists that Silvia should use her credit card.

 

In my opinion, I agree to Diego. Silvia should not have extra money. Maybe having some extra money is being in vain in her life. Money will spend to do the necessary.
However many women like go shopping than men, so saving money may be difficult than men.

Alternative Energy

 

Kat talks about how we might be using new kinds of energy in the future.
She works at an energy company. Her company is a wind energy company but there's a lot of other options.
Matthew questioned her “What do you think about the other options and what are the pros and cons of each option?”
Firstly, wind energy doesn't take a lot of space and you put a wind turbine in a very small area. It has some advantages. But, on the other hand, to output enough energy some strong wind need. It is a difficult term.
Secondly, solar energy is a good system too. It needs a good location, and you must put some solar panels to get large solar energy. Also, it takes normally just a couple of hours a day. You cost some money to put panels.
Thirdly, geothermal energy is great but it depends on where you live mostly. It can’t use very few areas. And it's very expensive to put a system.
Other options is including bio-energy, hydro-energy.
Bio-energy is a renewable energy and it made available from materials derived from biological sources. It is a better system but once again the setup is highly expensive. Kat thinks “Hydro-energy” is the best. A government and large electricity companies run. It's very expensive to set up but once it's set up, it's a very, very productive way of making energy.

Through this conversation, I understood existing many renewable energy. Near my house there are some wind energy systems, but it don’t move enough. Maybe it is in vain. The government must think about the necessity of it. Long ago, people don’t know even solar energy. But the progress of science and a lot of scholar research are continuing. A generation might come someday. Solar panel is “One unit per household!!!”

Hello! My name is Chiaki. My favorite hobby is watching movie and eating sweets.
In summer vacation, I watched some foreign films and Disney movies.  For example, Sleeping Beauty,Cinderella,Snow white and Tanglet. These are very famous story but, this time I watched in the first time. Plese watch these movies!

In this term, I was interested in various things. I learned some form of documents by sending email. And I have known many interesting sites, so I want to make good use of the sites in studying English. I watched a video concerning Tsunami. I wrote about the incident. Writing about it, is difficult and hard for me. However I could think about Japan and a disaster again. In the second half of classes, I made a group site. I examined about Job and employment. I researched some issues by internet and some books. The issues are very difficult, but it aroused my interest. Also, other groups sites was attractive. It included good information, photographs and videos. Sharing information is important, and I want to know more details. In next term, I will do my best to improve English skills.

We examined about 日米 job issues.

I researched Japanese job and job hunting issues.

Because I am junior, so we have to move job hunting in December.

Therefore I am interested in this topic and I want to know about working in Japan.

I wrote about Japan issues, but Yuki did about USA. This is interesting. In USA, Unemployment issue is more severe than Japan. We can understand some differences between USA and Japan.

I learned that job hunting is very hard so I have to do my best. Today, Japan economy is not good; however I must overcome difficulty in this situation. Unemployment rates is increasing, so Japanese government should take measure.

I watched a rare video: Japan Tsunami. On March 11, one of the greatest 9.0 earthquake in the world happened. It caused infinite damages including the dead or missing, it exceeds 2, 8000.  The damage is captured on video. Big wave: Tsunami is coming and swallowing up many people and carry away many vehicles, debris and so on.
About one year have passed since then. I think many people recovered from our emotional wounds, as time passed. But, there are still many problem, and people have various emotional wounds. Now nuclear power plant in Japan is a big problem. It is influenced on people's life, so it's very serious. In this summer, we will be approached by saving energy.

      I listened elllo in this lesson. A topic is "Holiday Hobbies".
Simon and Lesie is talking about Lesie's hobbbies. For example, she often goes to the gym. She does floor exercise,  swimming class and aerobics actibities. Also she will enjoy baking traditional Christmas cookies for the day. She sometimes bake pies, cakes and cookies.
      Enjoying hobbies will get rid of our stress. In other words, it will relax. My hobby is watching DVDs. But,  I  have some exercise which I must study, so I recently can't watch DVDs. Although last Saturday, I watched a movie in theater. I like spending time slowly. Before I had been to the theater, I bought a cup of coffee and a doughnut. I watched the movie over drinking and eating. It was comfortable time! Also, I like go shopping. Buying something is good way in get rid of stress. I am interested in clothes and aroma goods. I sometimes go shops and I look for some good articles. I want to go shopping now!!

She is one of the most famous musicians in the world. LADY GAGA came to Japan last week. On Tuesday, she visited Tokyo Sky Tree,and weared a shining dress like aluminum. Its dress is imaged the tower. She prayed for Japan ,so many people will be fine. She said "I have never seen such a beautiful view", also she told us like that, "AISHITEMASU" in Japanese. She is making a great contribution for Japan, because she had visited Japan at first when 3.11 the large earthquake occurred.In spite of a lot of foreigners went back home countries, she came Japan. And she raised a fund for us. We are supported many things by her. We must deeply appreciate her cooperation. LADY GAGA is a great person.
